Welcome to Irish Wedding Celebrant. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before booking or engaging with us.

1. Services

We provide wedding celebrant services for ceremonies in Ireland, including:

  • Personal consultations to plan your ceremony.
  • Tailored wedding scripts and vows.
  • On-the-day officiation for weddings, micro-weddings, and elopements.

We aim to deliver personalized, professional services to make your special day memorable.

2. Booking and Payments

  • Booking Confirmation: Your booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit (if applicable).
  • Payment Terms: Full payment must be made by the agreed date before the ceremony. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of services.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellations made more than [30 days] before the wedding will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations within [30 days] of the wedding may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Responsibilities

  • Client Responsibilities: You must provide accurate information about your wedding date, location, and preferences.
  • Celebrant Responsibilities: We will deliver the agreed-upon services with professionalism and care.

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party vendors or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, force majeure).

4. Changes and Modifications

Any changes to the ceremony details (date, time, location) must be communicated and agreed upon in writing. Additional fees may apply if changes are made less than [14 days] before the ceremony.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the services.

6. Photography and Media

With your consent, we may use photos from your ceremony for promotional purposes on our website, Instagram, and Facebook. If you prefer not to have your photos used, please inform us in writing.

7. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details on how we collect and use your data.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
